Jalipo is a new site launched today which distributes video content from various channels on pay per view model. On the first impression site looks good with clean design. Viewers has to pay on pay per minute basis for watching videos, but does it work in the current situation where lot of other sites stream content for free, may be a monetized solution would be good than this pay as you go model. If i have to pay a lot to watch a program or concert then i would think twice. Will this be competing with youtube, which streams user generated content, wait and see. This is a good model for the content generators looking to distribute their content online for a price.
