Matt Mullenweg has released a Random Redirect plugin for wordpress, what it does is, it shows a random post from your blog. I installed the plugin on this blog, you can see how it works, just click this link it will take you to a random post on this blog. I placed a button with this link in the rightmost sidebar.

Installation is simple, download this plugin from here and upload it to your plugins directory. Activate the plugin from wordpress administrations. Place link in your blog like this http://www.yourblog.com/?random
