Worried about comment moderation emails cloging up in your inbox, now a wordpress plugin will allow you to receive them via RSS feed. modMunch is a plugin by deanjrobinson.com for wordpress to receive moderation queue via RSS.

Gives you an RSS feed with the comments that are awaiting moderation. Access is restricted through the use of a personalised access code. Privdes all the same information that the standard email notifications provide. Removes the need for you to receive constant emails telling you to moderate comments. Multiple emails replaced by a single feed.

You should also try better comments manager that i created to allow wp admins to reply to comments from within the admin panel, it also allows you to sort comments based on posts.
