Firefox Extension: PicLens, Full Screen Slideshows

PicLens is a Firefox extension that allows you to launch full screen slideshows while browsing photos.

piclensWith piclens installed you can full-screen slideshows while browsing Google or Yahoo images or Flickr. Piclens works with sites that support media RSS. The image you clicked on opens in full screen with thumbnails for other images on the bottom of the screen.

This is a nice extension to view google or yahoo images to view in a full-screen slideshow.


See the below slideshow image for “flowers” search on google images.

    Very cool plugin. Admittedly, it took me a while to figure out how to enact PicLens after I had downloaded and installed it, but once I found the little play button that pops up on the images, I was good to go. Thanks for the heads up!

    too many extensions will make your browser to respond slow and its not a good idea to use each and every extension unless it it really useful
