Texty is so far the easy and simple content creation tool i have seen. With texty you can create a piece of text with formatting without any programming skills.
Type in the WYSIWYG editor what text you want and press the button to create your text piece, this you can place it on your web page. You can always go back and edit the texty you created and the changes will reflect on your web page. You can also select your texty to have comments and RSS feeds.
This tool looks interesting but this is not useful for either blogs or for CMS, this may be useful for static html websites.
