google reader search

The much awaited feature in Google Reader, the ability to search feeds with keywords is added today. You can search your subscribed feeds as well as shared feed items using keywords.

It took long for the company who is specialized in search to add this feature to Google reader. Along with search there are some minor features added including the ability to hide the navigation bar. Now the unread item count is goes up to 1000, this is quite useful for the power user. The other important feature is now you can use back and forward buttons of your browser to navigate between folders and subscriptions
