Floola is a freeware app to manage your iPod or any other iTunes supporting device.
Floola supports all common iPod features like podcasts, artwrok and playlists. Notable features of the application are youtube or myspace videos can be added directly by copying the page URL. If you have video unsupported in iPod it can convert that video to iPod supported format. It can find duplicate songs on iPod.
It is a standalone portable application that can be run directly from your iPod after connecting to your PC. It works with Windows, Minux and Mac.

I have used iTunes so far. Good to try something new for a change.
I also like SharePod, iDump and Rockbox also! Those are all free and work very well! Check them out.
