Hey, do any of you guys know how to get music off of imeem for free? I know you can do it, i think I did it a few months back… When I click the download button on a track I always get the message asking me to select purchasing it off of iTunes or amazon.com. (The song i’m looking for is foreign and not on either…)

its a pretty good tool.
but it doesnt compare to Orbit
Orbit is by far the best for grabbing any type of file off of a site (mp3, mpeg, videos, pictures, etc..)

heyyy somebody answer me!

@finn.land: There is a simple Mac program, that can do it. It’s called Safari.
Just go into the activity window while playing the stream and find the file. Copy the file location into the download manager. Sometimes you have to play the file twice in order for that way to work.
If that does not help you, try Audio Hijack.

Orbit does not work. It says the files are all HTMLs (same with file2hd)
So I haven’t come across a program that works.
