Omnisio is an interesting startup that offers ability to create mashup of the videos. You can grab videos from Youtube, Google Video and Blip.tv to Omnisio either by searching with keywords or by providing URls, then select the portions of the clips you want and stitch them together as one video.

Apart from grabbing videos you or your users can enter comments all over the video, they appear as bubbles on top of a video. Comments can be turned off if you find intrusive. The mashed videos can be shared with others by embedding on blogs or social network profiles.

This is a great tool if you want to create a video from few web video clips for fun. Give them a try, you don’t need to register for the site to create but for saving you need an account.
