Orkut added a new feature today that allows you to photo tag your friends in photos. This may not be a most important feature but it surely a fun feature to have. You have a photo with 10 of your friends you can tag each one with their name or with some cool tag line.
To add a tag select “add tag” and click mouse the drag the photo you want to add tag and type it.
In a related news i am waiting for orkut themes in my account but with no luck, i know they suck but i wanted to see how they suck.
This is one feature that I love in Facebook. Glad to see it in Orkut also.
Orkut is actually following Facebook in its features, this is a great feature.

I too got the themes pretty late, in fact yesterday.
It’s something Google uses to improve their image search and recognition algorithms, which could in the future mean, your face can be recognised on images (Privacy concerns…)
