Recover deleted files with Recuva

Recuva is a free tool for recovering deleted files from your hard drive. If you have accidentally deleted some files, or deleted some thing but later you thought it may be useful, this tool is for you.

It can recover pictures, music, documents, video etc. When you want to recover you can select specific file types like music or videos to recover ot select all to list all the files. You can also specify the location to search files or just hot i am not sure, it will scan the hard drive makes an index of the files. Select the files you want to recover and hit recover, if you have large no of deleted files then you can use the search feature to search using file names.

Recuva

It marks the files with green, red and orange buttons, green ones are recovarable, red ones are overwritten and can not be recovered. Another tool for recovering deleted files is Pandora.

Recuva doesn’t take much space, even you can install it on your USB stick. Download Recuva
