When you open the utility it automatically scans the entire cache of Internet Explorer and Mozilla based browsers including Firefox and finds all the videos files that are currently in cache. To save the video from browser cache to your disk right click the video and select copy selected files to and select the location. If it doesn’t work for you or if it shows “No” in In cache column click on open download URL in browser or copy download URLs and hit the URL in browser, the video gets downloaded immediately.
