Gmail chat added a new feature that allows embedding of YouTube or Google videos directly in the chat. This feature is not yet available in Google Talk.
To use this feature you can paste the direct link of YouTube video in to the chat window. The video will automatically appear in the chat windows as a thumbnail, when you click the video it will open up in a small popup windows on top of the chat window. Recently Gmail added Voice and Video Chat. Via Techcrunch
