		<description>I agree @call presents some challenges. Something we worked to address at Phweet by designing a Twitter based system around sending unique Talk Requests. We didn&#039;t bet on a &quot;free&quot; model as it isn&#039;t sustainable. Still you may find Phweet interesting (we have plans for it when Twitter becomes location aware).
