Google is reportedly launching a new music streaming service similar to Spotify, the announcement might comes in a few hours as Google I/O start tonight. The Verge is reporting that Google secured licensing deals with record labels, Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music Group.

Google-Play-Music

According to reports Google stuck licensing deals with these labels separately for Google Play Store and YouTube as Google wants to add separate subscription service to YouTube and Google Play. If Google announces the music subscription today it will get ahead of Apple, as the later is also planning to launch a music radio service. But Apple service is not not like Spotify but it will resemble that of Pandora according to reports.
