Flickr has improved its slide show feature. Flickr slide show now shows large image sizes, titles, descriptions and a black background. When you mouse over on the photos it shows a “i” (info) icon if you click on that it shows description for that photo. See the new slide show in action here

Yahoo Photos to shutdown soon in favor of Flickr, the social photo sharing website TechCrunch reported. Yahoo acquired Flickr in March 2005, flickr has become popular with its photo sharing features with other members of the site.
