Google Play Store now sells books in India

Google Play Store India now selling books in India, Google is late to allow books in the Play Store in India. Google Play Store now offers thousands of Indian titles and International books in digital format. Users can read the purchased books on Android, iPhone or iPad using a Google Play Books app or on Desktop through Google Play interface.

The prices of the books in Google Play Store are similar to what you will find in Flipkart’s Flyte ebook store and Amazon Kindle store, sometimes cheaper. Apple’s iBooks also sells books through appstore but you won’t find many Indian titles there.

Once purchased form Google Play store, you can read those books on Desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android and pick up from you left off.
