Google Now May be Coming to Google Home Page

Google Now may be coming to Google home page along with Android, Chrome and iOS. Alex Chitu from the Google OS blog discovered code in a page that Google is testing currently offers more information about this feature. Google Now is available for users of Android and Google Glass as of now and if the testing is to be believed it will soon land on the Google Home Page.

Google Now is all about getting information to the user when required depending on the context. “Get started with Google Now. Just the right information at just the right time.” “Google Now uses your Home location to show relevant information like weather, traffic conditions, and nearby places.”, this is all there in the code. Google detects user location using browser settings. Google also asking to set work location to show nearby places, traffic conditions etc.

Currently we don’t know how Google is testing the code and how the final implementation looks like but there is a screenshot from the Chrome extension that shows how it can be implemented.
