Lenovo launches K900 with 2GHz Intel Processor, 5.5″ Full HD display at Rs. 32,999

Lenovo India launched Lenovo K900 in the Indian market, it was showcased earlier this year at CES 2013. K900 is powered by a Intel Clover Trail+ processor, it will be available in store from next month onwards. It is priced at Rs. 32,999 for the Indian market, along with this phone Lenovo also launched another five smartphones in different categories.

K900 is powered by Intel’s dual-core Clover Trail+ chip (Z2580), clocking at 2GHz with PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU. It comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920) display, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It boasts 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor BSI Sensor and a 2MP front camera. The front camera has a wide angle view at 88 degrees.

Lenovo K900 Launched in India

It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and comes with a 2500mAh battery. It comes with a unibody shell so battery can’t be removed. At just 6.9mm is is the thinnest smartphone in its class according to Lenovo.

The Lenovo K900 is a world-class smartphone, which will compete well around the world. Intel has been an ideal partner for developing the K900 and ensuring an outstanding user experience for our customers.”

The new Intel® Atom™ processor platform (“Clover Trail+”) brings Intel’s classic product strengths, including high performance that lets users enjoy smooth Web browsing, vibrant, glitch-free, full HD movies, and an Android* applications experience that launches fast and runs great. The product’s 2GHz dual core Intel Atom processing also features Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology, supporting four simultaneous application threads and further enhancing the overall efficiency of the Intel Atom cores and platform.

K900 has already launched in Thailand and Malaysia this week and today they are launching in India and other countries totaling to 8 countries and it will be launched in ore countries soon.
