Expand short urls with Long URL Please

Long URL Please is a useful service for expanding short urls before clicking them. This is not the first service that provides this, LongURL also does the same.

Tinyurl and other short urls are handy for sending long urls with out breaking, the most useful form of these shorturls is on twitter where we use to restrict the lenght of the characters. Long URL Please provides a Firefox addon, a browser bookmarklet and a JSON API and a jQuery plugin. We don’t need yet another firefox addon for expanding short urls, if you are thinking like this grab the bookmarklet, when ever you encounter a short url press the bookmarklet to see the expanded url.
