Nokia Asha 502 is now available in India for Rs 5739

Nokia Asha 502 and Asha 503 phones started selling in select markets from last month end. The two smartphones are also expected in India, finally the Asha 502 appeared in the Nokia official store, it is also listed for pre-orders on Flipkart. The Asha 502 is successor of the Nokia Asha 501 released earlier this year.

Asha 502 features a compact 3-inch LCD screen with 320 x 240 pixels resolution. 3-inch may not be ideal for many users since the market is filled with 5-inch screen devices, but if you prefer smaller screens it makes the cut. The camera is bumped from 3.1MP in Asha 501 to 5MP in Asha 502. It also comes with an LED flash.

It runs on Asha software platform version 1.1, it will come pre-installed with social apps including WhatsApp. It packs a 1010mAh battery under the hood. It is a dual SIM smartphone and accepts micro SIM cards. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 3.0, GPRS, Edge, micro USB, Wi-Fi. The Asha 502 lacks 3G support.

Availability & Pricing: Asha 502 is now available in India, you can buy now from the official Nokia store and it will be shipped to you in 5 business days. It is priced at Rs. 5,739 in India.
