Today Opera 9.5 is released with a great looking theme and cool new features. The first thing you will notice is the elegant theme and the tab navigation in the middle between menu bar and address bar.
New features
Quick Find: Opera now remembers not only the title and addresses of web pages but actual content, this is useful if you have forgotten the url of the page you visited.
Opera Link: This feature syncs your bookmarks and speed dial between your computer and mobile phone.
Mouse Gestures: “A mouse gesture is performed while clicking and holding the right mouse button and moving the mouse in an easy pattern. Perform movements with the mouse to access well-known features like Back, Forward and Open new tab. Like Opera’s keyboard shortcuts, mouse gestures are fully customizable, so you can tailor them any way you want.”
Download Manager with BitTorrent: It has an inbuilt torrent download manager, so you can download torrent files with out installing yet another software.
Content Blocking: You can block images, plugins and pop-ups and also can selectively block some elements. Turn off images temporarily by clicking image button.
Fraud Protection: Opera 9.5 can detect fraudulent websites and warns you about that. By default the fraud protection is enabled and is powered by data from various security companies.
Other notable features include built in e-mail and news feeds, tabs and sessions, customizable search etc.
