Cinemagram released an iOS app more than a year back and became quite popular among users. An Android version of the app was in the making from past year and finally landed on Google Play for the public to download. Cinemagram app allows users to create 4 Sec videos by looping it and making an animation wherein a portion of the video shows movement while other areas stay still.
Cinemagram turns videos into short animated GIF images, these can be shared across social sites. You can add effects to the clips to create something unique, similar to Instagram for photos. The concept is similar to what Nokia has used in it’s Cinemagraph app, Cinemgram launched earlier than the Nokia app though.
