Google Syncs Recent Local Search from PC to Mobile

Google has added a little feature to its home page that will allow us to see the recent searches on other devices. A Recent icon will appear on the Google home page clicking on that will show the recent local search you did on your computer. The feature is useful when you search for some local restaurant and didn’t note down the address, and want to see the address one more time.

Google search will remember the recent local search you did and will show on other devices by clicking on recent icon. You need to logged in to Google on both the devices and provided that you enabled Web History.

Enabling web history is up to you, some people like it and some don’t. To disable web history go to Google Web History and click on the button Remove all Web History. While this is a nifty useful feature, it requires that you enable web history and these kind of features require cross service privacy policies, that is what the new privacy policy updates of Google does. Whether you like it or not this is a useful feature for some.
