Intex Mobiles has launched a new handset called Aqua Curve in its Aqua series of devices. The Aqua Curve comes with a curved display according to Intex, we don’t know exactly what Intex means when it says a curved OGS display on the new smartphone. Don’t expect something like LG G Flex or Galaxy Round.
Intex Curve features a 5-inch OGS curve display with qHD resolution (960 x 540 pixels), that means pixel density of 220ppi. It is powered by a unspecified 1.3Ghz quad-core processor. It packs 1GB of RAM and 4GB of ROM out of which 1.71 HB is user accessible. It will also carry a micro SD card that supports memory expansion upto 32GB.
It comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera, the front camera can be operated with voice commands for taking selfies. Intex is targeting the youngsters with this phone and these kind of features. Other interesting feature is that you can shake the phone to take a screenshot and then it can be shared with friends on social networks. Other features include Air gestures for music/FM/images, auto call record, flip to silence etc.

Intex Curve packs 2000mAh battery under the hood for providing juice. It comes with Intex Zone which offers apps and games from Intex apart from the Google Play option.
Availability & Pricing: Intex has priced the Intex Curve smartphone at Rs 12,490 in India, it will be available across India in retail stores, Intex stores and e-commerce sites. The phone comes in Black, Blue and Red colors.
