Karbonn mobiles has launched another affordable handset in its line of Android smartphones, Karbonn Smart A12. Karbonn has launched several Android handsets before successfully. The latest handset Smart A12 from the company is a 4.5-inch phone with Dual-SIM capability and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Karbonn Smart A12 is priced at Rs. 7,990 and is already available from online retailers. It is powered by a 1GHz Broadcom processor based on ARM Cortex A9 and has 512MB of RAM. It comes with a 4.5-inch capacitive multi-touch screen at FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution. The internal memory is pegged at 4GB with a micro SD slot for expanding the memory upto 32GB. It has dual cameras, a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a front VGA camera.
Connectivity options include micro USB, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. It is a dual-SIM phone and supports GSM+GSM. It comes with a 1800mAh battery to power up the device.
