Several games have been quite popular on smartphones and with the change from mobile phones to smartphones, there have been various HD games available. Most people like playing games on their smartphones and gaming is one of the reasons why manufacturers try to improve the performance of their smartphones. However, some people don’t find these huge HD games addictive compared to classic old casual games. While snakes and bounce are left behind, there are still some games available for the newest smartphones which are addictive and fun. LetterWars is a new addictive game for the Android OS and is similar to the popular multi-player game, Words with Friends. Basically, the game is a word/letter online multi-player game for the Android OS.
LetterWars is a round-based game with 5 columns and rows with several random letters. Players need to find words by using these letters and the longer the word, the more the points. You can also lock several letters so that the opponent cannot use those letters by using them multiple times. The game ends when all the letters in the grid are used at least once.
While LetterWars is similar to Words with Friends, it is based on the popular iOS game, Letter Press and includes most of the features present in the iOS game. The game features a 2 player multi-player mode, leaderboards and you can also play with a specific friend or opponent as it supports a friend list as well. Also, you can play against random players online if none of your friends are playing. Aside from that, the game also features 2 different themes along with notifications.
LetterWars is not one of those games which every Android user will enjoy. However, if you like scrabble, words with friends or even just words, it is definitely the best word game for the Android OS. You can download the app here.
