Microsoft is offering an official save as PDF or XPS plugin for Office 2007. This plugin allows you to export and save Micorosoft Office 2007 documents in PDF and XPS format, you can also send these PDF and XPS files as attachments with some of the Office programs.
To download the plugin you need to verify first that you have genuine Microsoft Office 2007.
This plugin is supported in Windows server 2003, Vista and XP SP2. The plugin works with Microsoft Office Access 2007, Microsoft Office Access 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, Microsoft Office Visio 2007 and Microsoft Office Word 2007.
