Nexus 5 getting Android 4.4.1 Update, fixes Nexus 5 Camera

Google is pushing an update to its Nexus 5 smartphone, the update includes fix for the Camera issues Nexus 5 users facing. The update is rolling out just after five weeks of the launch of the phone along with the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Google has announced the update on Google+ explaining the camera fixes.

Google has earlier said that it is working on a new Camera API for Android smartphones that will address several shortcomings. The new Camera API is scheduled to come with Android 4.4 but it was not included at the last minute. Google now says the new update Android 4.4.1 released comes with camera improvements including faster focusing, especially in low light, faster white balancing, for truer colors, the ability to pinch-zoom the viewfinder in HDR+ mode and less shutter lag.

If you are Google Nexus 5 owner or planning to get one yourself, does this Nexus 5 camera update inspire confidence in you what do you think.?
