Sony D6503 ‘Sirius’ specs leaked: 5.2-inch 1080p display, 3GB RAM

Sony D6503 is an upcoming device codenamd ‘Sirius’ and looks similar to the Xperia Z1 according to the leaks surfaced in the last few days. A XDA forum user posted pictures of the device over the weekend. He also posted screenshots of the UI revealing most of the specifications of the device on the same XDA thread.

The leaked specs reveal that the device would feature a 5.2-inch 1080p display and is powered by a Qualcomm 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB chipset along with Adreno 330GPU. The device will pack 3GB of RAM, the internal storage is not yet clear. It will have 20.7-megapixel camera at the rear and a 2.1-megapixel camera at the front.

The leaked device shows Android 4.3 build with 17.0.A.0.228 number but the phone is expected to come with latest Android build that is KitKat Android 4.4. The leaked UI screenshots are from an older build of the device. The Sony D6503 codenamed ‘Sirius’ is expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2014, which is scheduled for late February. That means we don’t have to wait long for the device.
