Sony Xperia Z Ultra Specs Leak

Sony Xperia Z Ultra or Xperia ZU specs leaked adding fire to the Xperia ZU rumors. According to the leaked info it features a 6.44-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD resolution, and with a pixel density of 342ppi. With 6.5inch display it is will compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

It is suggested to be running on a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM. On the camera front it will come with a 8 megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, that is less than what we have seen in the Xperia Z. It will also feature a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front.

It will has a 16GB of internal storage and support for micro SD card for expanding the memory upto 64GB. It packs a 3000mAh battery to power up this phablet.

Sony this week sent invitations to media persons and bloggers for an event on July 4th in Paris. The invite notes that Sony Mobile has a surprise waiting for them and asks them to make a note of the date. The invite also features side profile of a device which is really thin with a dedicated camera button. A note in the invite is written using a stylus, adding to the speculation that it might support the stylus.

ePrice a Taiwanese site reports that it won’t come with an in-built stylus but the screen will be compatible with external stylus from other brands. We will have to wait and see whether this smartphone comes with a stylus or not.
