TomTom India navigation app for Android launched

TomTom has launched a navigation app on Android for Indian users. The app is available for Android smartphones and tablets and is priced at Rs. 2050. The app supports offline maps and is quite big. The app requires atleast 880mb of storage on either your phone internal memory or an external SD card.

TomTom maps offer 100% coverage for over 7200 cities in India. It offers free lifetime updates once bought, typically quarterly updates. It offers some feature which are not found in the free Google Maps navigation app. It works with Android version 2.2 and up.
