The YouTube app for iOS is updated to a new version today, the updated version 1.3 bring some interesting features to the already popular app. The most interesting feature is the support for live streaming.
You can’t watch live events on iOS YouTube app till now because it doesn’t support that feature, but with today’s update that will change. Now users can watch live events on their iPhone and iPad with the live streaming support added to the app. Other notable features added in this update include quick access to the new uploads from subscribed channels via “My Subscriptions”. One channel branding for video creator channels. The update allows users to add videos to the Queue to play on TV. The update includes several stability and performance improvements among other things.
