Zen Ultraphone U4 launched, Android 2.3, dual-SIM, 4.3 Inch display

Zen has launched another Android smartphone in the the Ultraphone series of smartphones, Ultraphone U4. It is an Android 2.3 device with 4.3 inch WVGA capacitive touch screen.

Ultraphone U4 is a dual-SIM phone with GSM+GSM dual standby. It is powered by a 1GHz processor, and 512MB internal storage, storage can be expanded up to 32GB using an external microSD card. The major drawback of this phone is that it is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

Connectivity options in this phone include GPRS/ EDGE (no 3G support though), WI-Fi and Bluetooth. It is priced competitively at Rs. 6499, but it will be available at a discounted price of Rs. 5999 through Homeshop18. It comes with pre-installed apps like Facebook, Twitter, Opera, What’s up, Just Dial, Crickbuzz, Google Maps, Skype and YouTube. It is powered by a 1200mAh battery with up to 5 hours of talk time and 144 hours of standby time.
