Moto E on slae at Flipkart for Rs 6999

If you are gadget freak you might already know that Moto E is on sale in India. Flipkart is selling this smartphone exclusively for the moment like its predecessors Moto G and Moto X. Motorola has priced the Moto E at just Rs. 6999, which is really great considering the hardware inside. Motorola is challenging every other mobile brand be it international or Indian brand. Micromax and Karbonn are known for budget Android phones at throw away prices compared to Samsung and others, now Motorola has upped the ante with the introduction of Moto E at just Rs. 6999.

Moto E offers a 4-inch screen with qHD resolution (960 x 540pixels) along with Corning Gorilla Glass on top, the display is really good for the price. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with a 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Motorola has included a micro SD card slot in this smartphone, something that is missing in the Moto G. Other specifications include a 5MP rear camera, there is no LED flash though and Motorola has also skipped the front facing camera in this smartphone. Usual connectivity options are available including Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G.

It packs a 1980mAh battery under the hood which is more than enough for this phone. Moto E is a dual SIM smartphone and it comes with Android Kitkat 4.4 out of the box.

If you are looking for a budget Android smartphone with good hardware inside, Moto E is a better choice at the moment. It is only available through Flipkart though. Flipkart is offering discounts on accessories as part of the launch day offer.
