Samsung announces new colors for Galaxy S III including, Red, Brown, Black and Grey

When Samsung launched Galaxy S III it said the phone is “inspired by nature” and “designed  for humans”. Now Samsung has announced new color options for Galaxy S III, these colors take their inspiration from Earth’s richest materials. These colors include Amber Brown, garnet Red, Sapphire Black and Titanium Grey, initially Samsung only launched two color options Pebble Blue and Ceramic White.

Leaving the Samsung marketing lingo these colors are not as good as the Pebble Blue. The availability of these color options is not yet known, but Samsung notes that all these color options won’t be available in all markets. That makes the availability depends on the carrier and region. For example Garnet Red is through AT&T in the US.

“Every inch of the Samsung Galaxy S III has been created to reflect the natural elements that inspired its ergonomic design, from the softly shaped curvature to the minimized bezel. By expanding the color range of the Galaxy S III we are continuing to evolve the Minimal Organic design theme of the handset. The color options we have added evoke the phone’s emotional and natural aspects in a very simple but effective way.”-Minhyouk Lee, VP and lead designer of Galaxy S III at Samsung.
