Samsung launched Galaxy Grand Neo for Rs 18,450

Samsung has launched Galaxy Grand Neo smartphone in India. The Galaxy Grand Neo appeared at online retail stores starting with a price tag of Rs 18299. Samsung has officially priced this smartphone at Rs 18,450. It will compete with the likes of Gioee GPad G4, Canvas Turbo, Xolo Q3000 among others.

Galaxy Grand Neo comes with a 5-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core cortex A7 processor, the original Grand is powered by a dual-core processor but with Cortex A9 architecture. Sasmung has downgraded the Processor in this Grand Neo smartphone compared to the original Grand.

Galaxy Grand runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operatinsg system skinned with TouchWiz UI. It is a dual SIM and dual standby smartphone. It comes with 5MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The original Grand comes with 8MP rear camera. The Grand Neo comes with 1GB of RAM and either 8 or 16GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded upto 64GB using a micro SD card. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dual SIM, GPS, micro USb. It packs a 2100mAh battery under the hood for providing juice.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo is already available online, it will be available in four colors including White, midnight black, orange and lemin green colors.
