Facebook Home reaches 1 million downloads, adds support for Galaxy S4 (Unofficial), HTC One

Facebook announced Facebook Home few weeks back, since the launch it is only available on a handful of devices including HTC First and others. Now Facebook has announced its Home launcher has received 1 million download since the launch. That number is impressive but if you look at the feedback on the Google Play store you will know Facebook Home is a mess. With an average rating of 2.2 it is nothing extra ordinary and one million download wont help.

When it launched Facebook Home is supposed to support both Galaxy S4 and HTC One when they are available in the market, that is not true up until now. But somehow Facebook quietly updated its app and Home launcher supports both Galaxy S4 and HTC One. ON Galaxy S4 though it displays a message that the device is not supported, but if you ignore the message and went ahead it works fine according to reports. But on HTC One it doesn’t show the message and works fine. It reportedly also works on some other devices like Sony Xperia ZL. If you have a phone that is not supported before, perhaps you can give it a try now.
