Absinthe 2.0.4 brings support for refreshed iPad 2 (iPad 2,4)

Absinthe 2.0 has been updated to work with the newly refreshed iPad 2, called iPad2,4, Chronic Dev Team announced today on twitter. Absinthe 2.0 released over the weekend for untethered jailbreak of iOS 5.1.1 is a huge success so far.

Absinthe 2.0 has been downloaded a million times over the weekend. According to Chronic Dev Team nearly 211,401 new iPad 3’s have been jailbroken using Absinthe 2.0 and nearly one million other devices were also jailbroken.

On May 25th when Absinthe 2.0 is released it added support for all idevices running 5.1.1 except for iPad2,4, this is the iPad 2 model updated recently. Now the latest Absinthe version 2.0.4 added support for this device as well.
