Samsung has announced the much awaited Galaxy Note 3 at IFA Berlin. The new Galaxy Note 3 is slimmer and lighter than its predecessor and it comes with a large screen and with longer battery life. The Galaxy Note 3 features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display at full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolution.
Note 3 at 8.3mm is thinner and lighter at 168gm than its predecessor. The design language has not changed much, it looks familiar with few tweaks here and there. It adds a soft and textured touch back cover and delicate stitching to give faux leather kind of impression.
Galaxy Note 3 is powered by a 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 Processor for the LTE version or a 1.9GHz Octa-Core Exynos processor for the 3G version. It packs 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB / 64GB internal storage. The Note 3 comes with the new S Pen, when pressed a button hovering over the screen invokes the Air Command which gives access to features like air gestures.
It has a 13MP rear camera with Smart stabilization and LED flash, it also has a front camera. The Note 3 supports Dual shot. dual recording and dual video call. It packs a 3200mAh battery under the hood to power up the device.
Availability: Galaxy Note 3 will be available around the world starting from September 25th. It will be compatible with the Galaxy Gear announced at the same event along with Note 3.
