“A Picture is worth a thousand words”. Adding pictures to your posts helps to get attention to your article. Flickr is a great tool for finding millions of creative commons licensed photos to spice up your blog posts.
Photodropper is a wordpress plugin that allows you to search for CC licensed Flickr photos right from your WordPress dashboard. In one click you can search for the flickr photos related to your writing and add them to your post. The plugin automatically adds the attribution line underneath the images to comply with the CC license.

If you notice the above photo attribution links, 2 of the links point to the plugin author pages, which is fine, but it would be better if the CC link points to Creative Commons. 🙂

Interesting plugin, now we dont have to add source manually. I’m gonna try it. Only thing is that how good is the Flickr collection for blogging.
You can set in the options to show most interesting photos

I wonder its gonna be an issue. Recently reading about cc license. Even if someone use the content or pictures illegally, cc license doesnt provide any support in court etc.. I mean its not valued as a license in court.. 🙂
