From now onwards you can see the new movies on the same day the DVD is released with iTunes. Apple today announced that new movie releases from major film studios can be purchased on the iTunes store.
Apple has deals with 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Lionsgate, Image Entertainment and First Look Studios. The movies purchased through iTunes can be viewed on iPhone, Mac or Pc and Apple TV. The new releases are priced at $14.99. Next time if you want to grab a dvd do it from iTunes instead of going to a nearby store.
