It didn’t took long for the jailbreak community to Jailbreak the new 3rd generation iPad. The new iPad was managed to jailbreak with in few hours of its release by the dev team reports Jailbreak untethered. The new iPad 3 running iOS 5.1 is jailbroken by iOS hacker who goes by the name MuscleNerd.
MuscleNerd uploaded a screenshot showing jailbroken iPad 3 running Cydia. Although the new iPad is jailbroken already it might take some time for the developers to release the tool to general public. So if you want to jailbreak your iPad 3 and run Cydia apps you have to wait for a while before you get your hands on the jailbreak tool.
In another news Stefen Esser, another hacker known as i0n1c in the jailbreak community also managed to jailbreak new iPad 3 untethered. He also posted a video showing the new iPad jailbroken untethered.
