Micromax A34 with 3.5-inch display is available for Rs. 4399

Micromax has launched another Android handset in the Indian market, dubbed as Micromax A34. It is a basic Android smartphone with modest specifications. It is priced at Rs. 4,399 and is now available from Flipkart. It is a dual SIM phone with support for GSM networks.

It features a 3.95-inch Capacitive TFT touch screen with HVGA (320 x 480 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 1GHz Processor with 256 MB of RAM. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is disappointing considering its local rivals are launching phones with Jelly Bean OS.

It is a basic phone so don’t expect the phone to have lot of hardware under the hood. It lacks 3G support also, only 2G connectivity in this Micromax phone. It has 165MB of internal storage and that can be expanded with a microSD card upto 32GB. It packs a 1350mAh battery under the hood. It also comes with a 2Mp rear camera which is not something that is useful anyway.

Micromax has recently launched Micromax Bling A86 for Rs. 9599 recently.
