My Photo Index is a free and light-weight photo organizer for tagging and organizing your photo collection. It allows you to import photos from physical media, or it can search your computer to find photos.
While importing the photos you can assign tags to all of them. Internal rating system allows you to rate for the photos. Search allows you to search for comments, tags and dates.
You can share the photos in social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr by just right clicking the photos, while sharing you have the option to resize your pictures.
