Samsung Galaxy S III Mini photo, specs leak ahead of the launch

Samsung is about to launch Galaxy S III Mini tomorrow, JK Shin,head of Samsung mobile communications, confirmed today at a press event in Korea. According to him Samsung will launch a 4-inch Galaxy SIII mini tomorrow in Germany. It’s specs, photo and pricing details are leaked online ahead of its launch tomorrow.

Mobile Geeks, a German site posted photo of the Galaxy SIII mini along with important specs and pricing details. According to the site Galaxy SIII Mini will come with 4-inch Super AMOLED display with 800 X 480 pixel resolution, and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD to expend the memory upto 32GB. Other specifications include q 5 megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera and 15400mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA, GPS, NFC. More importantly it will run on Android 4.1 JellyBean operating system.

The site notes that this is just a preliminary information and is not yet confirmed. In any case we will know tomorrow as Samsung will launch this phone in Germany.
