Twitter has finally delivered a native Windows 8 app that works well in Windows 8 metro interface. Twitter announced plan for a great Windows 8 app in October 2012 and since then users are waiting for the same. It is offers similar features like what you see on other platforms, Home, Discover, Connect and Me tabs along with new features that are unique to Windows 8.
Twitter for Windows 8 supports Windows Snap View feature, search and share charm, and Live Tiles. Using Snap View you can run twitter on side and you use another app on the main windows so that you always have twitter on, while in snap view you can use share charm to tweet or search using search charm. Twitter design in the snap view resembles the recently updated twitter for Windows phone 8 app.
Twitter for Windows 8 app is available in 22 languages through Windows store, search for Twitter in Windows Store to install the app. Look at the video below to see how it works.
