Windows XP Service Pack 3 is Now Available

After delaying for a week Microsoft finally made available the Windows XP Service Pack 3. Visit the Microsoft Update page to download SP3, it is not yet pushed via Windows Automatic Update, but you can download it from the Update page.

“Windows XP SP3 includes all previously released updates for the operating system, in addition to a small number of new updates.” You may not find great improvements to Windows XP experience since this includes updates. There are a lor of fixes included in this release, you can view the list here, there are a total of 1,174 fixes are there including security fixes.

    Cool stuff. Do you guys think it is worth it to upload SP3?

    What is gratifying is that Microsoft is reconsidering their cessation of support for XP, as Vista is a flop…
