Deziner folio has released Web 2.0 layer styles for photoshop some time back, now gimp-tutorials.net released some of these styles for GIMP. If you are a GIMP user you will love these styles.
These will come handy in creating cool Web 2.0 headers, buttons, or graphics. These are released under GPL, go and get your layer styles.
