Create and Share Presentations Online with 280 Slides
Published on August 5th, 2008 Filed Under Tools, Web 2.0
280Slides is an online tool for creating and sharing presentations on the web. The editor has the basic functionality to create good presentations.
The good part of the tool is that it allows you to pull the data from various online services and allow to share it using slideshre. You can upload or serach for images from Flickr, upload videos or pull from Youtube. Supports shapes, layouts and themes for presentations. The presentations can be saved to .ppts, .ppt, .odp or pdf file.
280slides has a nice interface, looks like a Flex interface but it is created in Javascript.
This is useful to create and share presentations on the fly. If you don’t have PowerPoint installed remember you could present using this tool. SlideRocket is a similar tool for creating presentations

Looks good, I have not used much of powerpoint, but anything easier and available online will be good to try out.

Did u ever came across Zoho Show. Creating the presentation, Sharing it with multiple persons, exporting it into various formats…. All can be done in one place. In your free time check it.
